The rich and sometimes unexpected interplay between people and nature is often the subject of my photographs. I am drawn to scenes which reflect ways that we interact with our world; a rusty old abandoned car, a sculpture in a garden, a narrow gauge train traveling through the woods, a bike rider along the river walk.  I hope to evoke both emotions and questions in the stories I capture through the camera lens.  Living in Colorado provides me with many photo opportunities.  My love of travel leads me to a variety of cultures and types of nature.  Capturing and sharing my experiences along the way creates a sense of appreciation and connection that is very satisfying.
